In his first year in real estate, he supported over 30 real estate transactions tallying over $10,000,000 in sales but his focus remained on the people involved. Each of those transactions represent individuals and families who have upgraded, downsized, relocated, or otherwise transitioned a home sale or home purchase with Joe’s support. Joe became a Realtor after strong recommendation from Cooper Realty’s Principal Broker and long-time friend, Ernest Cooper.
