No, so long as an active listing agreement or transaction is ongoing, the benefits will not expire due to employment status. We understand there are situations out of our control – the last thing you should worry about is any additional changes to your transaction. However, changes in employment can often result in lending issues or other qualification concerns that may affect you purchase.
